School Day SAT for Juniors is March 12 

(Do not sign up for the March Weekend SAT date)

Students encouraged to take the SAT after completing Algebra II .

The SAT is an entrance exam used by most colleges and universities to make admissions decisions. The SAT is a multiple-choice digital test created and administered by the College Board. 

• The SAT takes three hours and consists of three tests: 

  • 1. the Reading Test

    2. the Writing and Language Test

    3. the Math Test

• Most of the questions are multiple choice, though some of the math questions ask you to write in the answer rather than select it.

• On all questions, there’s no penalty for guessing: if you're not sure of the answer, it's better to guess than leave the response blank.

Registered students MUST bring the following:

• Government-issued ID (driver’s license, School ID or passport) – Students are not permitted to enter and cannot test without ID.

• Print out copy of Admission ticket (this can be printed at school)

• School laptop

• Calculator - The online Desmos calculator is embedded in the exam for student use.
