Performance

Performance in Year 9 is about developing confidence and connecting with other musicians. There will be a range of performance based activities in class that students will engage with, including singing, playing ukulele and guitar, and exploring some of the other instruments we have available. While performing as a soloist is not something we require of students, we are always keen to hear more experienced musicians play. 

We also encourage those who already play musical instruments to join one of our school groups. Information can be found here. 

Below is the Learning Progression feedback sheet that students will given as they complete their Performance activities in class. Prior to this students will have had feedback (either verbal or written) from their classroom teacher.
