General Information

Our trip will be organised using Educating adventures. They have been organising tours since 2006 and are affiliated with STA travel. We found them to be very professional in 2016/2018 and they provide a representative on the ground in Orlando,who stays with us for the duration of the trip.

We plan to travel using Air New Zealand to Orlando during the April School Holidays in 2020 We will be staying in three star hotels on International drive and Cocoa Beach. Students will be roomed in three's.

All breakfasts and evening meals are included in the cost of the trip but lunch will need to be budgeted for.

Travel Insurance and the cost of Visa's are not included in the tour price. The cost of the trip in 2020 will be around $8750. The total cost is paid in installments.

We will also help students with fund-raising to help meet the cost, with events such as movie nights and sausage sizzles.
