PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The new Jackson Elementary School project is an 85,850 GSF, two-story new construction on the east side of Jackson Drive north of Hickory Ln in Jackson, Wisconsin. This new institution will provide classroom and support spaces for students grades K-5 and staff, including (20) primary classrooms, art and music rooms, small-group learning spaces, gymnasium, cafeteria, library/media center, and a variety of outdoor learning and play spaces.

The structure consists of a steel structure overtop slab-on-grade and shallow concrete foundations. The envelope contains aluminum storefronts and curtainwalls, brick masonry, and metal panel. Interior finishes are typical of educational facilities. Construction is scheduled to begin March 2026 and complete June 2027.
