PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Green Tree Elementary is a 1 Story structure with scope involving replacing exterior windows, implementing a secure entrance storefront, renovating existing restrooms to ADA standards, and shifting classrooms and offices around to create Early Childhood spaces. Other scope entails system upgrades like a new fire alarm system, new clock / PA system, emergency generator and mechanical upgrades. Most of the work will occur in Summer 2025 with remaining work continuing into Fall 2025.

McLane Elementary is a 2 Story structure in addition to a Lower Level on the northern wing. Renovation scope includes replace exterior windows, implementing a secure entrance storefront, renovating existing spaces to create ADA restrooms for classrooms, in addition to shifting rooms around to create Early Childhood spaces. Other scope entails system upgrades like a new fire alarm system, new clock / PA system and mechanical upgrades. Most of the work will occur in Summer 2025 with remaining work continuing into Fall 2025.
