PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The West Bend High School (formerly known as West Bend East and West Bend West High Schools) will be undergoing renovation work as part of the 2024 West Bend School District referendum. Work includes incorporating the District Office and Education Service Center into the high school building (formerly located on Main St.); relocating and consolidating several departments; adding a new, secure main entry to the high school; relocating the central MDF data room; and performing general updates and capital maintenance to the site, envelope, and interior of the building.
This RFP is to onboard a mechanical design-assist partner and an electrical design-assist partner to join the team during the rest of the design phase and to continue into the construction phase.
