Brown County Pork Producers

Our chapter regularly works at the Brown County Pork Producers Booth during the Brown County Fair. Our chapter partners with Easter Brown and Georgetown to host a daily breakfast. Additionally we work the lunch and dinner shifts serving pork tenderloins on FFA Day Thursday during the fair. Students can earn activity points by working a shift at the fair. The Pork Producers have also sponsored our Sophomore Career Success Tour the past 4 years. If you see a member, thank them for all that they do on our behalf.

Fall Fruit Sale

Each year our chapter hosts a fruit sale. This is a long-standing tradition for many chapters around the country. Our fruit is ordered from Florida Farm Bureau and includes items such as citrus, apples, pears, barbecue sauce and nuts. The money raised helps pay for the annual banquet and awards ceremony. Students can earn activity points by selling fruit.

Alumni Quarter Raffle

Our Alumni chapter hosts an annual quarter raffle to help raise money for senior scholarships and the sophomore career success tour. Students who seek donations from businesses and community members can earn activity points for their efforts.

Spring Strawberry Sale

Every spring the chapter hosts a strawberry sale. Our strawberries are ordered from Florida Farm Bureau. The money raised helps pay for State and National Convention. Students can earn activity points by selling strawberries.

FRUIT SALE 2019 PRODUCTS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Please make all checks out to Western Brown Local Schools
• Fruit Sale money and orders are due by November 12th. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Fruit will be delivered to Western Brown High School between December 1st and December 4th. All fruit must be picked up and delivered to customers by December 5th.
• If you'd like to place an order please seek out an FFA member or email Mr. Rosselot at: ryan.rosselot@wbbroncos.com
• Any member who sells $1,000.00 worth of fruit secures an automatic spot for National Convention the following year free of charge (assuming they meet all other standards).
• Top 5 sellers will be awarded $50.00 gift cards at banquet.
• Orders can be turned into Mr. Rosselot on the following dates:
