Zoom Phones - Phone buttons

To add buttons to your phone

1. Login at https://waynflete-org.zoom.us

2. Select Phone on the left side

3. Scroll down to the Desk Phone heading and click on View or Edit

4. Press the Manage Keys button

5.  Add a Speed Dial number to add that person to a button.

To delete the Emerg button and Ext Paging button

You will need to do this on your physical phone.

1. Press the Menu button on the phone

2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to Features and press OK

3. Use the arrow keys to navigate down to Dsskey and press OK

4. Use the arrow keys to navigate to Line 3 and press OK

5. Use the BACK arrow key to change the Type to N/A and press SAVE button

6. Repeat steps 1-5 for Line 4.
