Welcome Back To School! I am excited to be your child's teacher this year!
Hello! My name is Rebecca Bryant. This will be my 9th year teaching at MPMS in the 6th grade hallway, 8 years teaching Math and 1 year teaching Science. I enjoy teaching 6th grade so much and building memories with the students every year. I have a total of 12 years teaching experience with three of those years teaching math in Missouri and Colorado .
I am a Jesup native, graduating from WCHS in 1996. (Go Jackets!š ) I began my college path at Waycross College where I received my Associates Degree and then graduated with my Bachelor's degree from Missouri State University in 2007.
My passion is to make math as fun of a learning experience as I can. It all begins with having a positive mindset about math. My goal this year is for students to understand it's okay to make mistakes as long as we learn from those mistakes and to not give up trying. š”We will be working on a path to proficiency and growth in math.

Ā”Hola! Mi nombre es Rebecca Bryant. Este serĆ” mi noveno aƱo enseƱando en MPMS en el pasillo de sexto grado, 8 aƱos enseƱando matemĆ”ticas y 1 aƱo enseƱando ciencias. Disfruto mucho enseƱando sexto grado y construyendo recuerdos con los estudiantes cada aƱo. Tengo un total de 12 aƱos de experiencia en la enseƱanza y tres de esos aƱos en la enseƱanza de matemĆ”ticas en Missouri y Colorado.
Soy nativo de Jesup, me graduĆ© de WCHS en 1996. (Ā”Go Jackets! š) ComencĆ© mi camino universitario en Waycross College, donde recibĆ mi tĆtulo de asociado y luego me graduĆ© con mi licenciatura de Missouri State University en 2007.
Mi pasiĆ³n es hacer de las matemĆ”ticas una experiencia de aprendizaje lo mĆ”s divertida posible. Todo comienza con una mentalidad positiva sobre las matemĆ”ticas. Mi objetivo este aƱo es que los estudiantes comprendan que estĆ” bien cometer errores siempre que aprendamos de esos errores y no dejemos de intentarlo. š”Estaremos trabajando en un camino hacia la competencia y el crecimiento en matemĆ”ticas.
