Homework for math: Students should be working in Edgenuity/iReady for 1 hour outside of class time each week, unless otherwise noted in Google Classroom.
Students are progressing through their personalized pace of lessons in the 6th grade curriculum using the Edgenuity program. Students are now working on using ratios and rates to some measurement and speed problems. Some students have continued on to the following unit on computation focusing on multiplying and dividing decimals and fractions.
Students are progressing through their personalized pace of lessons in the 7th grade curriculum using the Edgenuity or iReady programs. Many students are now working on computation using percents including being able to calculate tax and tip! Students are also learning to compute with integers.
Students are progressing through their personalized pace of lessons in the 8th grade curriculum using the Edgenuity.
In 8th grade Algebra, many students are continuing their exploration of linear equations including writing an equation for a line given two points.
In Accelerated Algebra I, many students are working on writing equations of linear functions in different forms.
