New to Deliverect or need assistance? This is the place to look!

What is Deliverect?

Deliverect is a software platform that connects your delivery channels - such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub and etc. - with your Wawio POS system.

How does Deliverect work?

Products are synced from your POS, they are then included in menus published on your delivery channels. Once an order is received, Deliverect immediately send the details to your POS.

Deliverect Account

You will receive your Deliverect account credentials via email sent from Deliverect, with a subject 'Welcome to Deliverect'. You can use this credentials to log in to your account on DMP (Deliverect Manager Portal) and DMA (Delivery Manager App)

The web address to log in to your Deliverect account is https://frontend.deliverect.com/. To proceed, enter the credentials you acquired from Deliverect welcome email.

When opening the app, you're welcomed with a login screen. To proceed, enter the credentials you acquired from Deliverect welcome email.

Reset Your Password

If you use an email address and password to log in to Deliverect and have forgotten the password, follow the steps to reset it.

Step 1. Select the Forgot password? link on the login page of https://frontend.deliverect.com/.

Step 2. You are then asked to enter the email address of your Deliverect account. Select Continue.

Step 3. You will receive an email from no-reply@deliverect.com. Select the Reset password button.

You are then sent back to Deliverect to choose a new password. It is now possible to log in to your account.

Resolve Login Issues

Are you having trouble accessing your Deliverect account? Follow the troubleshooting tips below.

Tip 1. Ensure that you are logging in with the correct email address and password.

Tip 2. Clear the cache in your browser. View the steps for popular browsers below: 

Tip 3. Log in to Deliverect while using an Incognito window (Chrome) or a Private window (Firefox, Safari).

Tip 4. If trying to log in for the first time, reach out to the Wawio Online Specialist. It may be that the invite is no longer valid and a new one needs to be sent. They can also confirm the email address set for your profile.

Tip 5. If you use a firewall on your computer or network, add frontend.deliverect.com to the allowlist.
