Busy Mode (DMP, DMA)

Step 1. Go to your Locations page

Step 2. Expand the location and select the Busy mode button.

Step 3. At the top of the window, there are buttons to simultaneously open and close all stores. Each channel link has its own Close store button, and if supported, a Busy mode button.

Is one of your channels not present on the list? That means it does not currently support this feature in Deliverect. You may instead be able to close your store on that platform's website.

Selecting the Busy mode button shows a new window where you can set the extra preparation time. Select Confirm once a time is chosen. By selecting the Off button, you can remove any added preparation time previously set.

Re-open stores or disable busy mode

Navigate back to this window to open your stores or remove the added preparation time.

[DMA] How to Open Store, Close Store and Enter Busy Mode

Step 1. Open your Delivery Manager App and tap on the Stores option.

Step 2. You will now be presented with different options.

All stores

The buttons at the top will open or close all stores. If you have a channel that supports busy mode, that option will also be available.

Single stores

To close individual stores or activate busy mode, click on their respective buttons.

Busy mode

With busy mode, your store will remain open for that channel. The preparation (prep) time is extended for new orders by the time that is chosen, giving you some breathing space.

Close stores

Set how long to keep the store(s) closed and provide a reason.

💡These options are not currently available for all customers.

Reopen closed stores

Reopen a store by tapping on the Open store button for that store. You can also use the Open all stores button if you want to reopen every single one.
