Application Point Analysis
Membership Vote AND/OR Interview Process
Your expectations as an FFA Officer are as follows:
1. Attend officer & chapter meetings as scheduled (dates & times pending)
2. Be enrolled in at least one agriculture class OR a committed hour (TA/SH), with an up-to-date SAE project.
3. Help when needed (no excuses!), seek out leadership/community events and be involved with fundraising.
4. Wear official dress when appropriate AND when requested.
5. Set a positive example for other members and students to follow (actions, words & deeds).
6. Attend and participate in the following events:
Sectional Leadership Workshop (Sept/Oct)
Leadership Development Event (Feb/March)
Kiwanis Luncheon (Monday in March)
Banquet (April)
Officer Retreat (Summer - TBD)
7. Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA at the end of each semester.
8. Fulfill your elected position responsibilities to the best of your ability. (ex. Reporter = write articles to paper)
9. Complete a monthly check-in with an advisor
10. HAVE FUN AND BE THE BEST LEADER YOU CAN BE!!!
