You can find alumni marketing material examples here.
When creating your marketing materials, make sure to:
Develop a consistent visual theme that includes logos, color palette, and fonts.
Create a tagline or slogan that captures the essence of your event.
Mention any confirmed speakers, special guests, or notable activities.
Include a compelling call-to-action (CTA) to encourage early registrations.
Ensure these materials include essential information like event name, date, time, location, and registration details.
Use high-quality images and graphics to make your materials visually appealing and professional.
Note: Canva is a great tool for finding free customizable templates for many marketing materials. It offers a wide range of design options, making it easier to create professional-looking graphics without needing advanced design skills.
As stated on the Basecamp requirements section, a banner including the funder logo, Watson Institute logo, and your venture logo, is required for the event. Be sure to order your banner well in advance to avoid any shipping delays and to account for potential printing errors.
The Banner should be either a standing pull banner or at least 8x8 in size. Consider using step-and-repeat banners, as they are versatile and can be reused for future events. We recommend creating a banner you can re-use for future Basecamp-type events, and since you will be an alumni of the program, you may use this material for years to come!
To Design Your Banner:

If you have additional sponsors, include their logos if desired.
Double check for accuracy, grammar, or any typographical errors.
