Making An Apology

Steps

1. Look at the person.

2. Say, "I am sorry for ___________" (state what you did to offend the other person).

3. Say, "In the future I will __________" (explain how you will do it differently in the future).

4. Finish by asking the other person, "Do you accept my apology?"
