Additional Information to Complete Enrollment

You will also need to provide the following documents to finalize your student's enrollment:

• Your identification;

• the Student's birth certificate;

• Two proofs of Watauga County Residency;

• a current, Official Immunization Record;

• Custody papers, if applicable, for the safety of your child;

• and the North Carolina Health Form (if the student has never attended a public NC School)

If you are enrolling as a cross-enrolled homeschool student we will also need the following to enroll your student:

• Copy of the Homeschool Card from the state of NC

• Homeschool cross-enrollment information

In order to pick up your Chromebook, you will need to complete the following.  All forms can be filled out online. 

• Pay School Fees ($35)

       New Student Forms - In addition to the above required documents please complete the following forms

• Student Health Information (If you have concerns or medications to drop off at school please email Nurse Shelly at klutzs@wataugaschools.org) - Information on optional health insurance can be found here.

• WCS Meal Application / Español  (WCS free/reduced price meal application)

• Pay Cafeteria Feesl (or add to your student’s account)
