Registration Forms

IMPORTANT READ HERE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP!!!

1.  The forms below are Not for the Driving registration! Only for the class! 

If you are from Utah Online and only need to drive click here.

2.  There will be two On-line Courses offered each quarter

3.  On-line classes run approximately 30 days long with the driving and test portion lasting another week.

4.  Sign up at least three months prior to your 16th birthday to have license on time, any less and you won't be able to obtain your license on time due to large numbers of students, and few teachers available for the driving sessions.

5.  You must have a valid Utah Driver Permit and Paid Fee before signing up on the website

6.  You must have a school email and be registered with the school district to take the course with Dixie High School

7.  Students not from the WCSD need to register temporarily with the school registrar Kelly Hansen, and then removed once driver ed is over.  Her e-mail address is kelly.hansen@washk12.org

8.  ***Seniors must be done with the class by senior checkout day and finish the driving by no later than July 31 after graduation, or they won't be covered by State Risk Management Insurance.  The last class open to seniors is Quarter 3 Session 2 during the school year to be able to finish them on time.

All summer driver ed sessions are closed! 

During the summer months we are unable to take payment for Driver Ed registration.  Announcements were sent out on Binderly, and over school announcements to register before school ended on May 21st  If you missed this window to register, you will need to wait until the next August 10th class!
