IMPORTANT READ HERE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP!!!
These sign-up forms below are for the Driver Ed Class only not the driving portion who have registered at the counseling office and have a school district e-mail already.
There will be two Courses offered each quarter
Classes run approximately 30 days long with the driving and test portion lasting another week.
Sign up at least three months prior to your 16th birthday to have license on time, any less and you won't be able to obtain your license on time due to large numbers of students, and few teachers available for the driving sessions.
You must have valid Utah Driver Permit and Paid Fee before signing up on the website
You must have a school email and be registered with the school district to take the course with Dixie High School
Question: Where do I pay the fee?
Answer: Please pay in person at the Dixie High Finance Office. If you have a question, the finance secretary's contact email is paul.wirth@washk12.org, or you can pay through Power School online through Touch Base if you're a WCSD student. Once you have paid the fee come back to this website and choose the date of the class you would like to register for.
Question: What if something comes up, or you decide that the session you signed up for is too soon, and you want a different class session?
Answer: To avoid students jumping in and out of classes and not taking it seriously, we have the following policy:
*****If for any reason during the first week of the class you need to cancel and switch to a later class let me know ASAP! Once the class has finished the first week you are committing to finish the class or pay the retake fee. If you wait until the class is over to ask to switch to another class and not pay the retake fee, it won't be possible since the student's grade will have been already processed, we will have done the work, and service will have been rendered paid for by the original fee. So, please communicate with me your intentions early if you need to switch to a later course session.

***Seniors must be done with the class by senior checkout day and finish the driving by no later than July 31 after graduation, or they won't be covered by State Risk Management Insurance. The last class open to seniors is Quarter 3 Session 2 during the school year to be able to finish them on time.
