The first place you may want to look if you're in the market for a rental is the Washington City website. They have a list of current rental properties and owners that you can check out.
Facebook Marketplace is also a great place to look for properties.
HACAP is a good place to start if you think you may need assistance in getting affordable housing. They have an assistance program that you can apply for on the HACAP website. There is also a shelter house available to the Washington community that can be contacted at (319)-351-0326.
