Lititz Elementary Lions R.O.A.R with pride!
ROAR = Responsible, Only Kind, Always Safe, Respectful
Dear Families,
They say March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb, but here at school, we’re mostly just focused on the “springing forward” part (even if the loss of an hour of sleep makes us all a little🦁-like for a few days).
This month is a vibrant one for our classrooms. As the weather begins to shift, we’re seeing a parallel shift in our students: they are blossoming with confidence and mastering concepts that seemed like "mountain peaks" back in September. It is truly the "sweet spot" of the school year.
While we love a good St. Patrick’s Day celebration, we know that our students’ success isn't down to luck—it’s the result of their hard work and your incredible partnership. Thank you for being such an active part of our school community.
Warmly,
Jenna Louderback, principal

Calling All Young Entrepreneurs!
The National Business Honors Society is seeking student vendors for the upcoming Junior Entrepreneur Fair, which will be held on Thursday, May 14, at Warwick Middle School.
Students in grades K–8 are invited to create, price, and sell their own products while gaining real-world business experience and connecting with local entrepreneurs. This is a wonderful opportunity to encourage creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship at a young age!
The cost to participate is $5 to register and reserve a table.
Registration is open now through Friday, April 24:
Register here!
We look forward to seeing our students’ ideas come to life!
Parents,
Thank you to everyone who has worked so diligently to turn in dental forms and physical exam forms! As a parent of three, I know how confusing this can be. For those of you are still having uncertainties, here are a few reminders:
Dr. Sara Gotwalt will be here on 3/13/26 to do school dental exams. Kindergarteners and 3rd graders are required by the State of Pennsylvania to have dental exams on file with the school. If you'd like your child to be evaluated by Dr. Sara, please fill out this form and return it to Mrs. Sell asap.
Additionally, Kindergarteners and 6th graders must have physical exams on file by the end of the school year. 6th graders must also have their Meningococcal and Tdap immunizations by the first day of 7th grade, or their Middle School start could be delayed.
Again, thank you for your efforts to keep your child's records in compliance with PA State requirements. Reach out with any questions or concerns!
Warm Regards,
Sarah Sell
This month in music, students are wrapping up their study of instruments. Grades K-2 have been learning about our classroom instruments, mainly percussion, while grades 3-4 have been focused on the instruments of the orchestra. Grades 5-6 have been traveling around the globe learning about world instruments and cultures. Next, we will begin our study of the structure of music. We will listen, move, play, sing and compose music all in pursuit of understanding the role that contrast plays in defining sections of music.
In Art we are continuing so many projects and preparing for the Art Show coming to LE soon.
