*** A schedule change will be accepted up until the fifth day of each semester. ***
Read the following statements about the schedule change process and issues that can arise prior to completing the online Schedule Change Request form. The link is shared in the Guidance Google Classroom.
#1 A request will not be granted if it is to change a course that was selected during the registration period.
#2 A request may not be honored for a variety of reasons: course is full, unmet prerequisite, course offered at the same time as another required course, course not offered during requested block, etc.
#3 You must request the change no later than 2:30 p.m. on the last day of the schedule change window which is the first 5 school days of the semester.
#4 Your schedule change request should be discussed and approved by your guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS!
#5 Requests will not be accepted by phone, fax, or email. Only changes submitted via this form will be considered.
#6 Approvals or denials will be communicated via a student's school email address.
#7 Please keep in mind that one change MAY cause additional changes to a schedule.
