The ESS Program offers assistance to the entire student body.  It is designed as free tutoring and make up testing for any student who needs the services for a core or elective class. Teachers are utilized as the tutors.  ESS is held on Thursday afternoons beginning  the first week of September.  Remember:  Tardies, misuse of time, and disruptions will result in the loss of this privilege.

STUDENT SERVICES:  Tutoring & Testing

(Services below are available on Thursdays weekly. No transportation is provided at this time.)

 1) TUTORING FOR STUDENTS

This service will be offered on Thursdays after school from September thru May.  You must sign up NO LATER THAN 11:00am on the day of the tutor session.  Sign up at bit.ly/SWHSESSsignup23-24 .   Student will notified thru their SCHOOL G-MAIL ACCOUNT by 2:00pm as to what classroom to report to at dismissal on day of tutoring.  Students will be paired with a  teacher who will work with them individually or in  small groups. The student is expected to bring all notes and materials related to the class, as well as report to location on time. Tutoring ends at 3:30 p.m.  Transportation is NOT available at this time. 

2)  MAKE UP TESTING FOR STUDENTS

This service will be offered on Thursdays after school from September thru May.  Sign up at  bit.ly/SWHSESSsignup23-24 by 11:00am on day you plan to stay to make up your test.  Student will notified thru their SCHOOL G-MAIL ACCOUNT by 2:00pm as to what classroom to report to at dismissal on the day of  make up testing.  Testing will be proctored by SWHS staff. Transportation will not be provided.  This ends at 4:00pm.
