Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center is located near the bus rider entrance of the building in room 263.
The Center’s purpose is to collaborate with teachers, parents, and community agencies to supply parental, educational, and basic needs support. Contact the Center by calling Mrs. Jill McClard, our FRC Coordinator, at 270-904-8755.
Guidance Program
Guidance and Counseling services are offered to all students at Alvaton Elementary School.
The guidance counselor will be working with students in their classrooms, in small groups, and as individuals. Examples of issues that might be addressed are self-esteem, social skills, peer pressure, drug and alcohol education, and decision-making.

Report a Bully Hotline
Warren County Public Schools is taking a proactive approach to the societal issue of bullying and threats.
Bullying refers to any intentional act by a student or groups of students directed against another student to ridicule, humiliate, or intimidate the other student while on school grounds, or at a school-sponsored activity, in which acts are repeated against the same student over time. (WCPS 09.422)
A “threat” shall refer to a communication made by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic and/or online methods. (WCPS 09.425)
Please use this form to report bullying or a threat that takes place during school hours/school property. The schools cannot investigate incidents that take place outside of school property/hours.
