Design Development

The project received Schematic Design Approval from the MSBA on February 14, 2020. The Design Development phase follows schematic design and includes the progression and detailing of all aspects of the new building and site. The design is continually refined as it makes its way toward biddable construction documents. During this phase, Consigli Construction was selected as the Construction Manager. The renderings below illustrate the project design during design development.
