PD Menus

The PD Menus below will be used annually as planning templates to map out professional learning pathways for adults while ensuring these experiences fit together and add up in a way that advances equity.

How are decisions made about PD?

The individuals responsible for decision-making are identified in the menus. Accountability for following these guidelines and for the quality of implementation will be shared:

  • Lead Teachers will play a role in bringing questions and concerns to the principal/ ILT.

  • Lead Teachers, Coaches and Principals will be asked to report implementation gaps, highlights and areas for growth twice yearly to the PD Committee.

  • The PD Committee will review and respond to these reports together with data from the Common Exit Slips during their fall and spring planning retreats.
