Do I need to provide my child with a computer or device to access school this year?
NO.
Waltham Public Schools has purchased one-to-one devices for all students grades 2-12 which should arrive around mid September (devices have been ordered for K-1 as well by are not slated to arrive until October or later).
If these devices do not arrive prior to our September 16th start date alternative learning opportunities will be made available for your child.
How Do I Help My Child With Technology When I Don't Know Anything About It?

What specific technology tools will my child be using this year?
In short... A LOT... we will be using a lot of different resources this year.
That being said GOOGLE CLASSROOM will be your child's primary hub for organizing all of their assignments and work.
