MEFA Pathway

MEFA Pathway: YourPlanForTheFuture is an online tool for the MyCAP Program that allows students to create a secure personal portfolio, search for college and career information, complete the college Common Application, and have a solid postsecondary plan upon graduating from high school. This will track students' artifacts, goals, and work they complete in MyCAP seminars. We encourage parents/guardians to use the site alongside their students to use all the resources it has to offer.
