Senior Leadership Prefects

Senior Prefect

A Senior Prefect is a position offered to the pupils that were unsuccessful in the application to become Headboy or Girl. They will have taken part in the full recruitment process for Headboy/Girl and will lead a sub-team of prefects. They will all be part of the Prefect Leadership Team

Deputy Headboy/Girl

A position awarded to the pupils who came second in the interview process. They will line manage a group of Senior Prefects. They will all be part of the Prefect Leadership Team

Headboy & Girl

Head boy & girl are expected to contribute to all whole school presentations and services. You will be expected to talk comfortably in front of large audience, be a confident communicator and custodians of the schools Stars & Stripes rewards ethos.

Prefect Leadership Team

The leadership team meet fortnightly during Tuesday registration in the school SLT meeting room with Mr Mangas to discuss the strategic prefect operations within school .i.e., plan attendance at upcoming events, prom, fancy-dress. Tasks and responsibilities are shared and Prefects also have an opportunity to present their whole school concerns.
