Constitutional Amendments at November 2025 Mass Meeting. 

• proposed to the membership body of Wake NCAE by the Board of Directors of Wake NCAE via mass meeting on Nov. 20th, 2025 and mass member email to follow.

  • The email shall serve as written notice to the membership body of the proposed amendments. 

  • Comments or questions about the proposed amendments may be submitted to news@wakencae.org. Dues-paying members can submit proposed amendments to the Constitution committee by Friday, December 20 at 11:59:59pm.

  • After a period of thirty (30) days, Wake NCAE members will vote to ratify the proposed amendments in-person at the January Mass Meeting. 

• Ratification vote for members: Jan. 22nd, 2026 at Mass Meeting

  • Ratification requires two-thirds approval of members who participate in the vote.
