Wake NCAE is organizing leadership in our schools to defend and transform public schools. Leadership in this sense is, “Accepting responsibility for creating the conditions that enable others to achieve a shared purpose in the face of uncertainty” (Marshall Ganz).

  • We must be willing to take a risk

Our Goals for 2021-2022:

• Building the strength of our union by growing our membership

• Preparing for 2022 elections

• Strengthening connections with external groups and allies

• Influencing the district strategic vision and planning through campaigns which include our own visioning sessions and surveys
