Inside the Box
Look inside a mysterious box and find a source of artistic inspiration from which to develop a portfolio of photographic work. You will follow the creative process and use contemporary artists and photographers to inspire and model your own practice in order to create a range of amazing art works.
Look inside a mysterious box and find a source of artistic inspiration from which to develop a portfolio of photographic work. You will follow the creative process and use contemporary artists and photographers to inspire and model your own practice in order to create a range of amazing art works.
You will learn to use cameras and Photoshop to make and digitally manipulate quality images. For the two internal standards students explore different types of photography, lighting, lenses and photography a variety of themes to create series of works. Once a successful theme has been developed, students use this as a starting point to create their two panel Folio for external assessment. There will be one trip during the year to visit a relevant exhibition. There is now an option to present a digital portfolio for the external standard for those interested in film, animation or time based projects.
