WELCOME TO OUR ONLINE COMMUNITY

This site is designed to provide you with information about the role of your school counselors due to our current school closure. Please check back frequently for more updates, as this site will continuously be updated throughout the school closure.

COMMUNICATING WITH YOU

Seeing one another face to face is ideal, and working with students directly is the best part of our job! That said, we are prepared to continue to communicate with you and to support you as much as possible while providing a distance learning model for school counseling. Email is the best method of communication, and we will look into other modes of communication as necessary. Office hours for all staff members are 8:30-3:00.

The Counseling team wants you to know that we are available to your child in these uncertain times. Your counselors will be working remotely starting on March 30th along with other district staff. We are available from the hours of 8:30-3:00 via email and can also set up a meeting via hangouts, zoom or other video sources.

The mental health impacts of the COVID-19 health crisis are a critical factor to consider for all people. At mhanational.org/covid19, Mental Health America has compiled a range of resources and information to assist you and our community. As counselors we wanted to share this link with you in case you might be looking for mental health and wellness information and resources related to COVID-19, isolation, anxiety, stress, and more.
