Classes need not be taken in any particular order. You may mix and match different items from the sample menu given below to customize your learning experience. Three dishes will be taught in a class. Recipes and supplies are provided by VYANJAN. You'll get to eat after preparing the dishes, and you'll be able to take a few samples home with you.
Please bring glass / stainless steel containers to take your samples home. Plastic containers are not recommended, as the freshly cooked food will be hot.
