Upcoming class dates : May 25, 31, June 8, 14, 22, & 30.

All classes meet in person at our Buffalo Grove location (1165, Alden Lane) 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. central time on alternating Saturdays and Sundays, unless mentioned otherwise.

If you need a different time / date than the ones mentioned above, please feel free to send in your request, and we'll be happy to work with you to accommodate your schedule.

Please bring three empty glass / stainless steel containers (size - about 2 cups) to carry some food samples back with you, after eating in class. 

Some food will be hot, hence plastic containers are not recommended.
