Vegetarian / vegan selections will be prepared using whole grains, dried beans, lentils, pulses, spices, nuts, seeds, and vegetables. NO eggs, seafood or meat of any kind will be used. NO deep frying.

You'll learn to prepare vegetarian / vegan appetizers, side dishes, main dishes and desserts that are yummy and highly nutritious.

Preparing food using a variety of natural ingredients of different colors, tastes, textures, smells is VYANJAN's specialty. Try us out!

When? Fridays / Saturdays / Sundays 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Timings are flexible. Please ask for times that are more convenient for you).

Please bring empty glass containers to carry food samples back with you. Some food will be hot, hence plastic containers are not recommended.
