AERIES - Gradebook Directions

Student Instructions for Logging in to AERIES:

Please Read Carefully, as these instructions are very specific and important to your Student's initial Success!

Contact the HelpDesk when you have read these instructions and your login is still not working, thank you.

First Time Aeries Logins and Accounts - Students only

Please make sure it states Victor Valley Union Hs District at the top of the page and not another School District.
This is for a Student Login; not a Parent Login
Click 'Forgot Password'

Returning Aeries Users and Resetting your Password

Check your login (just like your Google Chromebook Login)
- Username: VVSTU Student email
  - Click Next
- Password: Student ID + Last 2 of Birthyear
  - Click Next
If your email does not work:
- Click Forgot password?
- Type in your VVSTU student email
  - Click Next
- Please read their Instructions and Information carefully and check your student email for an email from Aeries.net
- *Do Not Create a New Account

Open up your Google vvstu gmail link in Classlink Launchpad
Look for an email from Aeries.net
Open the email and click on "Click Here"
An AERIES window will open with the email and code filled in.
- click Next
Set your password twice:
- note: You may use any password; however, please create a strong password-
  - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32040?hl=en
- or you may use-
  - Student ID + last 2 digits of birthyear
  - click Next
Return to login and use your email and password to check grades, assignments and current courses.

Please check your login and passwords carefully; if they do not work-> then please call or email the TechED HelpDesk.
