RHS School Counseling Department Vision Statement: It is the mission of the RHS School Counseling Department to enhance the total education of each student by providing opportunities for growth in the areas of personal/social development, academic decision making, and career/college preparation. Collaboration with students, their families, and the Valley View District 365 community, the Counselor Team works to establish a safe, inclusive environment by recognizing the needs and appreciating the value of all individuals. As the student’s grasp of self-knowledge, critical thinking, and an understanding of teamwork evolves, we will encourage each student to reach his/her unique potential and assist them to become responsible citizens and lifelong learners.
