QuestBridge College Prep Scholars Program
Grade Level: 11
Award: Varies
Qualifications: High-achieving juniors from low-income backgrounds. Applicants should earn mostly A’s in the most challenging courses offered, demonstrate strong writing ability and intellectual curiosity, come from a household earning less than $65,000 annually (for a household of four) with minimal assets, and demonstrate resilience, integrity, and motivation to succeed.
Awards include:
Full scholarships to summer programs at prestigious universities,
Personalized support with college essays, test prep, and college applications,
Access to the National College Admissions Conference,
The Quest for Excellence Award, which is $1000 to be used for a college expenses.
QuestBridge College Prep Scholars are also six times more likely to be selected for the QuestBridge National College Match during their senior year, which is a full-ride scholarship offered to more than 55 different institutions including Harvard, Northwestern, and University of Chicago.
