There are several possible methods to transfer videos from a Phone to the VueMotion Cloud:
(Method 1- 4 for iPhone, Method 5 & 6 for Android)
Method 1: Upload Videos from VueMoton App to the VueMoton Cloud
For iPhone / iPad users, we recommend using this method, as it allows you to seamlessly capture, upload, and process directly from the app
Method 2: Import Videos to VM-app and upload to the VueMotion Cloud
Method 3: Direct Upload from phone to the VueMotion Cloud via phone browser
Method 4: Transfer videos from phone to Mac and use browser on Mac
Method 5: Transfer videos from Android to PC via a USB Cable
Method 6: Transfer videos from Android to PC via Bluetooth
VueMotion requires videos to be at a certain frame rate and quality (4K & 60fps),
so the method of transferring video's is extremely important.
It is easy to upload captured videos from the VueMotion app to your cloud account
We recommend uploading videos to cloud account as soon as possible
Please ensure the phone has access to a good wi-fi/cellular upload speed.
Select "In-App" at bottom of the screen
Select "3 dots" at top right of the screen
Individually click on each video you want to upload, which will place a blue check on them or, you can select the "Select All" button at the top left of the screen
Select "Upload" at top of the screen
Select the camera icon "Record and Import Video" at bottom of the screen
Select "Import Videos" at the bottom of the screen
Individually click on each video you want to import, which will place a blue check on them
When finished, select "Done"
Videos are now located within the "In-app" section.
To upload these videos to the cloud, you can now follow the steps in Method 1, above.
Select the phone browser app, to open up the internet broswer
Navigate to VueMotion's dashboard log in site
Log in with your credentials, and 6 digit security pin
Select the three horizontal lines in the top left of the screen
This will expand the lefthand navigation panel
Select "Import / Upload" Videos
Select "browse files", then "Photo Library"
Before selecting the desired videos, select the two slider bar "Options" icon in the bottom right of the screen
Size - Select "Full Size'
Format - Select "Current"
Select desired videos, which will place a blue check on the video(s)
Select "Add" in the top right screen
The list of selected videos is now displayed
Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and select "Upload (1) File"
Once the video uploads, select "Done"
Select the phone photo app
Select the desired video
Select the "Upload" button in the bottom left screen (square icon with up arrow)
Select "Options" in the top center of the screen
Change the format from "Automatic" to "Current"
Select "Done"
Select "AirDrop" to now send to the connected MacBook
You can now log in to your VueMotion accout from your computer's browser
Follow the steps here to upload the video into your account
Connect your Android phone to your laptop using a USB cable
On your phone, select "File Transfer" or "Media Transfer Protocol (MTP)" mode
Open the file explorer on your laptop and navigate to your phone's storage
Find the video file you want to transfer and copy it onto to your laptop
You can now log in to your VueMotion accout from your computer's browser
Follow the steps here to upload the video into your account
Turn on Bluetooth on both devices by going to the Bluetooth Settings page and swiping it on
Then on your phone, find your laptop on the bluetooth menu and click "Connect"
After connecting both devices go to your video on the Photo's app
Long-press the video to select it
Look for the "Share Via Bluetooth" Option
Select your laptop
You can now log in to your VueMotion accout from your computer's browser
Follow the steps here to upload the video into your account
