If the videos are visible in the "In-app" section:
- Check Phone Storage: Please ensure the device has sufficient storage available. You can verify this by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. We recommend having at least 1GB of free space, though 5GB is ideal for optimal performance.
- Check App Permissions: Please confirm that the VueMotion app has permission to save to your photos. Navigate to Settings > Apps > VueMotion > Photos and ensure "Full Access" is enabled.
If the videos are still not appearing after checking the settings above, you may be able to recover them manually by going to the Files app > VueMotion. From there, you can view the videos and manually save each one to your Photos.
