Indoor environments with artificial lighting are generally more susceptible to motion blur in videos compared to well-lit outdoor settings with natural light. The VueMotion iOS App provides an option to manually adjust the shutter speed to help capture blur-resistant footage, particularly in indoor scenarios.
Users can configure the shutter speed to one of the following settings: 1/300, 1/400, 1/500, or 1/600. A higher denominator (e.g., 1/500 or 1/600) increases resistance to motion blur but results in a darker image. For well-lit indoor environments, we recommend using a shutter speed of 1/500.

Ensure the recording area is evenly and brightly lit, avoiding shadows or dim corners.
Use overhead lighting or add auxiliary lights if the space appears underexposed on screen.
Preview the scene through the VueMotion app before recording—if the image appears dark or grainy, consider lowering the shutter speed slightly or improving ambient lighting.
Avoid strong backlighting (e.g., windows behind the subject), which can reduce overall clarity.
Use The 'Indoor Recording 4K- 60' mode if you are recording in artificial light (indoor or at night)
On the top right, the S value can be selected.
A higher denominator e.g. 1/600 will have more robustness to motion blur but will reduce the lighting.
A good baseline to use is 1/500. Please do a quick recording test and if the video looks very dark, choose 1/400 or 1/300.
