I saw 5 colonies produced from the 10mL sample, diluted to 0.1M, meaning my test result number was 50

Reflection:

I got to spend some more time today looking around my sampling environment and really appreciating nature as my filtered sample was filtering and I'm eagerly anticipating getting to learn more about my home watershed and the potential impacts of different factors on my home environment (also I finally got rid of the stinky E. Coli test!).
