Nelly Rodriguez joined Virginia Tech in March 2018 as an Executive Assistant for Advancement. Other positions held include Special Project Analyst in September 2019, Interim HR Contact for Advancement in March 2020, and Employee Relations Consultant in the Human Resources Division in April 2021. In her current role, Nelly provides consultation to management and employees in the prevention, investigation, resolution, and referral of employee relations matters. Nelly earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in June 2013 and her certification in Human Resources in February 2022.
