Minh-An Pence is currently the outreach & engagement recruiting specialist on the Talent Acquisition Team in the Division of Human Resources. In this position, she builds and fosters relationships with community and educational partners with the intention of enhancing VT’s presence as an employer of choice in the local community. Prior to coming to VT in 2017, she provided human resources consulting to small companies. Minh-An has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
