Tiffany is an Assistant Professor at Virginia Tech in the Department of Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education. She investigates issues of equity and access to understand the agriculture industry so she can figure out how to recruit and retain more people into agriculture jobs to fill the global shortage and reflect the demographics of our country. Her research revolves around formal and informal education, cyberbiosecurity in agriculture and the life sciences, and inclusive pedagogy in agriculture and the life sciences. She earned her Associates degree at Morrisville State College, bachelors and master’s at Cornell University, and PhD at Virginia Tech.
