Christina "Tina" Kapalin joined Virginia Tech in October of 2019 as an Employee Relations Consultant. In her current role, Tina provides consultation to management and employees in the prevention, investigation, resolution and referral of employee relations matters, along with coaching and resources to help strengthen supervisor and employee collaborative relationships. Before coming to Virginia Tech, Tina served as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner with a local manufacturing company. Tina earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in May 2016 and her SHRM-SCP certification in July 2018.
