Refund Policy

If the Dinwiddie 4-H Junior Camp at Airfield 4-H Conference Center is cancelled by us, or by the state or federal government, fees will be fully refunded. Between 2 weeks before and up to the day of camp, if for medical reasons youth are not admitted into camp, a refund minus the required $100 deposit will be provided. If for some reason other than those noted above your family decides not to send your child to 4-H camp, you may receive a refund less $100 if you cancel in writing by May 1, 2024. No refunds after May 1, 2024, unless a specific situation as noted above exists.
