Steps to Register

Step 1: Complete the "Registration Form" (see link above and below) and pay registration fees.

Pittsylvania County Camp Cost is $385 per camper.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required within five business days of submitting your online registration to reserve a spot for your camper. This deposit is applied to your total balance. Financial aid/scholarship is available for those expressing genuine need.

Make checks/money orders payable to Treasurer, Virginia Tech and mail to 19783 US HWY 29 S Suite C Chatham, VA 24531 or hand deliver to the same address during business hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Step 2: Complete and submit the "Camper Packet" (see links below).

(Please communicate with us if you plan to print the "Camper Packet" on your own or if you would prefer a copy mailed)

Step 3: Complete "Additional Forms" as needed (see links below).

Step 4: Attend 4-H Camp!
