Steps to Register:
Step 1: Complete the "Initial Registration Form" (see link below) and pay registration fees.
Step 2: Complete and submit the "Camper Packet" (see link below).
(Please communicate with us if you plan to print the "Camper Packet" on your own or if you would prefer a copy mailed or emailed to you.)
Step 3: Complete "Additional Forms" as needed.
Step 4: Attend 4-H Camp!

Below is the Camp Registration Paperwork - please print and complete the camp class forms and return to our office at 326 Taylor Drive, Suite 100, Danville, VA 24541 along with your deposit of $50 or FULL payment. Camp is on a first come first served basis. Please call our office at 434-799-6558 if you need us to email or print for you.

Forms that are included and need to be returned - Health History Form; Code of Conduct; Equine Waiver (Only if Horsemanship is selected); Dress Code; Cell Phone Policy.
