Steps to Register
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION
Step 1: Complete camp registration online and then mail deposit of $75 or full payment to our office (90 East Court Street, Rocky Mount, VA 24151) Registration and Enrollment are two separate things, (registration is to register for camp and 4-H Online enrollment or re-enrollment is enrolling your child/ren in our 4-H system). A $75 non-refundable deposit is required within FIVE business days of submitting your online registration to reserve a spot for your camper, failure to do so, may result in your child missing out on camp. This deposit is applied to your total balance. Financial aid/scholarship is available for those expressing genuine need. DEADLINE FOR FULL PAYMENT IS MAY 9, 2026 Please note that we do not accept credit card payments. You can pay either cash, check or money order. (Make check or Money order out to The Treasurer of Virginia Tech).
Step 2: We require everyone to use the online enrollment or re-enrollment in 4H Online. If you cannot do online enrollment, please contact the office for assistance (540)483-5161, we may be able to walk you through it over the phone.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK
Please complete the online Registration which includes choosing classes and mail the deposit of $75.00 or FULL payment of $385.00 in to our office at 90 East Court Street, Rocky Mount VA 24151 making check payable to The Treasurer of Virginia Tech. It is your responsibility to keep account of what you have paid and your own balance. Camp is on a first come first served basis. Please call our office only if you cannot complete the 4-H Online registration and require the paper forms, we may be able to walk you through the process over the phone.

Camp Class List (Parents please make sure you complete t-shirt size for your child on 4H Online) It is important to complete ALL information in the 4H Online Enrollment process. Also make sure you have added the name/s of the people responsible to pick your child/ren up as we do need their name. If you as the parent or guardian are the person picking up the camper, please type your name, (we do not want you to add 'me') as this does not help and adds to our work load and we appreciate it.
Camper Packet - STEP 2 - (go to 4H Online, https://v2.4honline.com/ and complete ALL paperwork) (In addition to online enrollment, additional paperwork will be needed i.e. Medication Form, see below). Parents please complete ALL questions on the 4-HOnline Enrollment. Important: Please select 4-H CAMP 2026 as the Club and PERSONAL DEVELOPEMENT as Project in 4-HOnline Enrollment.
Equine Waiver form (this form is necessary only if you child has chosen Horsemanship Class)
Medication form (this form is necessary only if you child takes medication while at Camp) Bring this form, completed along with meds to camp.
DO NOT SEND WITH OTHER PAPERWORK.
Scholarship Application Please note that this scholarship is for families who are financially unable to send their children to camp
