Hello! Welcome to 4th Grade!
This will be my 25th year of teaching and 16th year teaching at Voyager.
I was born in Durham and have lived here my whole life. I graduated from Cresset Christian Academy. I attended Meredith College and graduated with a BS in Child Development and K-6 Certification. After a few years of teaching, I attended UNC Chapel Hill (Go DUKE!) and received a Master's Degree in K-6 Mathematics.
I am excited to be teaching Integrated Studies this year.
In my spare time, I love to travel. Each Spring Break I have the opportunity to take a group of Voyager’s 8th Graders to Europe. So far, Italy is my all-time favorite!
