How to Enter

Upon access, the following screen will appear.

Enter your name and venue name, then click "入場" to enter.
(The top is your name and the bottom is the name of the venue.)

If you add /venue name to the end of the URL, you can open the page with the venue name entered.

Voice chat

There are three modes for voice calls in Tech meeting.

• Normal Mode
  This mode changes the volume according to the distance between the avatar icons.

• Loudspeaker Mode
  This is the mode in which the voice reaches everyone in the room.
  This mode is activated by checking the "全員に声を届ける" checkbox from the microphone icon, which is displayed by clicking the "..." symbol next to the icon for PCs, or by long pressing the microphone icon for smartphones and tablets.

• Link Mode
  This is the mode in which voice is delivered only to the selected party.

When using Bluetooth earphones

The audio connection may not be stable. Try the following

• Browser update (F5)

• Turning on/off the Bluetooth function

• Restarting the Bluetooth earphone

• Restarting the main unit
